What counts as one Secure Cloud Record?+
One unique digital record that your platform securely onboards, validates, stores and manages. Billing uses aggregate units and protected identifiers; private record fields are not shown in the portal.
Can the same record be billed more than once?+
No. Tenant-scoped one-way identity matching, unique database constraints and idempotency keys prevent the same unique record from creating a second billable unit.
How is my weekly invoice calculated?+
Your verified newly activated Secure Cloud Records from Monday through Sunday are multiplied by your selected USD, AUD or INR unit price.
Do I need a card to sign up?+
No. Create your workspace without a card. After the week closes, pay the hosted invoice through PayPal for USD/AUD or Razorpay for INR.
What happens if the prior week is unpaid?+
New record activation pauses until the previous weekly invoice is paid. Existing account and invoice access remain available so you can settle the due.
Does VaultCloud hold compliance certifications?+
This build does not claim external certifications. It presents a security-focused architecture and documents the controls that production operators must configure and verify.
Can I monitor usage before the invoice closes?+
Yes. The customer portal shows current usage, estimated charges, previous-period usage, trend data, alerts and invoice history.
